Returns / Changes


- Product returns are accepted within 14 days from the date of receipt of the product (s).

- In no case will a product be accepted which is not in its original condition. That is, the product must:

a) To have all the labels

b) Its packaging has not been damaged

c) The product must be returned with all the documents that accompanied it, such as e.g. the Retail Sales, the Delivery Note, etc.


The merchant must refund your money within 14 days of receiving the cancellation request.However, it may be late to refund your money if you do not receive the products or proof of return.Refunds must include shipping costs you paid when you made your purchase.However, the merchant may charge you additional shipping costs if you request a non-standard delivery (such as urgent delivery).

-Finally, in case the product has a defect or a mistake has been made in your order, you send the parcel through the courier agency from which you received your order, in view of the Returns Department.

* Please note that the return costs are charged to the company only in case of our mistake or defective product. In any other case the costs are borne by the customer.
